The following are expectations which Pacesetter has for our adjusters.
Customer Service and Quality:
We have built our company on customer service and a quality product. We expect all of our adjusters to provide high standards of customer service and excellent people skills.
Experience or Formal Training:
We are looking for adjusters with preferably two years of property adjusting field experience including: Residential, commercial, farm/ranch, exterior/interior inspections, large loss, wind/hail, hurricane, tornado, fire, sewer backup, etc. Appropriate occupational license and continued education courses as required for validating current license(s).
Background Check:
Employment is contingent upon the results of your national background check in compliance with Pacesetter Company Policy.
Estimating Software:
We prefer you are proficient in Xactimate and MSB-Integriclaim.
Company Certifications:
Our clients may require specific certifications. Pacesetter is equipped to aid you in the completion of these requirements.
Technology:
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Xactimate, email and also digital photography is preferred.
