Our Catastrophe Operations deploys on-site catastrophe managers for all field events to manage everything from allocation to quality-control measures and our management personnel maintain our high standard for behavior and responsibility.

We understand that in catastrophic situations, your clients want action NOW. Upon receiving the loss report, we get right to work:  following the claim through the entire process to ensure quality control.  We can also staff your site with desk adjusters, support staff, re-inspectors, file reviewers, managers/administrative staff, technical support and even special project teams.

In addition, we have computer programmers on staff to integrate our technology with yours and deliver comprehensive electronic reports.  We will increase productivity and make your entire process run more efficiently.
